Mission

"To provide a temporary and/or permanent, safe, loving and healthy environment for abandoned, neglected and abused equines"

The name of the rescue encompasses our goals for these wonderful animals. Once Rescued, we Restore (with veterinary care and nutrition), next Rebuild (with love and training), then finally Rehome (to approved forever homes). Hence the name ReHorse Rescue Ranch.

Adopt

For anyone who loves horses, it is impossible to come out to the ReHorse Rescue Ranch and not absolutely fall in love with at least one of the horses here. This is what we want for every one of these wonderful horses. They deserve forever, loving homes. And the ReHorse Rescue Horses will be placed in only these type of homes.

copper beautiful maresIn addition to rescue, we also offer placement services. We assist owners in placing their horses in loving forever homes. The ReHorse Rescue Ranch networks with many other rescues in Northern California, which has made placing many of these horses possible. We are grateful to work with so many wonderful people and Rescues who’s primary concern is to keep these horses safe.

We rely on donations to operate the rescue and placement services. Like most animal rescues, we are struggling to continue our efforts. Please donate to help us help these wonderful animals.
